Nature Celebrates

Design size 6" x 12" on 18 count monocanvas. This simple canvaswork designs reflects the glory of a wolf howling at the northern lights over a winter treeline. This design won the Stitcher's Challenge competition at my Guild in 2000, on the theme Celebrate the Millennium. My interpretation of the theme was that nature celebrates the millennium too. This design can be framed or finished as a bell-pull. Stitched on antique blue canvas with Goldrush, Kreinik braids and Watercolour threads.
