SHIPPING INFORMATION:

1) I live in Winnipeg, can I pick up locally?
Yes, Sheena's Gallery is a real arts and crafts store in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Please visit our store hours for more information. If you want to order online you can choose 'Store Pickup' at checkout. Your items will be held for you until you can pick them up.
2) Does the shopping cart auto-calculate shipping costs and when will you send it?
Yes, everything is calculated by weight and shipped by Canada Post usually within two days of receiving the order.
3) Do I get a tracking number for my shipment?
Tracking numbers are available if the shipment is a parcel and not available for large envelopes as shipping is usually minimal.
4) When will the shipment arrive?
Shipping outside of Canada may take up to a couple of weeks depending on location.
5) Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order by calling us at the toll free number 1-877-255-3531 and leaving a message if it is after store hours. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

CATALOGUE INFORMATION:

1) Do you have specialty threads to complete my project?
We carry the complete line of DMC and Anchor thread and other specialty threads including Caron Collection, Crescent Colours, Glissen Gloss, Kreinik, The Gentle Art, ThreadworX, and Weeks Dye Works.
2) Do you have different colours of linen or aida and do you sell by the piece?
We have a large selection of colours and stitch counts in both linen and aida and usually sell by a fat quarter (half a metre, cut in half). We will also sell by the yard or metre, call us for any special supplies or to get help with the size you need for your project at 1-877-255-3531.
3) What if I can't find what I'm looking for in your online catalogue?
We are still building our website and will eventually get all of our supplies online - please call toll free 1-877-255-3531 and talk to us or email barbara@sheenasgallery.com to order what you need.
4) Do you still sell Lampe Berger?
No. The entire inventory of Lampe Berger was sold before I bought the store.
